- Total plan valued at over $850
- No activation fee with annual plan payment
- Cannot be combined with any insurance plan
Important: No refunds can be offered for partial use. All fees are non-refundable and are applied 100% towards the first appointment. All subsequent appointments during the duration of the plan are free of cost.
